Cloud PBX
Cloud PBX
Phones without a cabinet in the server room. Desk phones in Colombo, the same extension on a mobile app, and the system hosted.
Desks and mobiles
One extension, two places to answer.
Your number
Customers keep dialling what they know.
If the line drops
We agree where calls go before go-live.
Hosted phones, without a cabinet to maintain.
A cloud PBX keeps the phone system off your server room. Desk phones stay on the desks. The same extension can ring a mobile app. This is not an on-premises IP-PABX. That system stays in the building and has its own page.
We confirm whether your current number can move, and we agree where calls go if the office internet drops, before the day you go live.
What the job includes
- A hosted phone system, sized to the number of people
- Desk phones and a mobile app on the same extension
- A check on keeping your existing number

Questions we hear first
Is a cloud PBX the same as an on-premises IP-PABX?
No. An IP-PABX stays in your server room. A cloud PBX hosts the phone system away from that cabinet. Desk phones can look similar. The design and the support tasks are different.
Can we keep our existing Sri Lankan phone numbers?
In most cases yes. Number porting depends on the current operator and the platform chosen in the survey. We confirm that before installation.
What happens if the office internet goes down?
Calls can follow a rule you choose: a mobile app, another site, or voicemail. We agree that during the survey.
